Managing Principal

Shane Farina is Managing Principal of Box Hill Private Wealth, LLC. Shane holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry. His background includes working for two of the largest asset management firms globally, The Vanguard Group and Fidelity Investments respectively, for over a decade. Increasing advisory roles afforded Shane the opportunity to work with a broad array of wealth planning scenarios and client dynamics. This wealth of practical knowledge adds value to each client’s unique situation. He is a firm believer in straight talk with clear objectives so clients can truly focus on their passions.

 
When Shane isn’t found with his nose in a book or a financial publication, he enjoys keeping fit and spending time with his family. Having grown up “Down Under” and moving to the U.S. over two decades ago, he has a keen focus on experiencing new places and cultures with his wife and two young daughters. His energetic Wheaten Terrier, Higgins, opts to keep a watchful eye for home deliveries instead. On weekends, Shane can be found working a sous vide steak on the barbie and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

With over 25 years of marketing experience, Candace is a passionate brand advocate with a versatile skill set spanning product marketing, management and client relations. Her expertise in strategic planning and successful development of launch assets and multi-channel campaigns has grounded her career in dynamic environments.

Thriving on collaboration, Candace has led projects  for organizations that range from the Super Bowl Host Committee in Arizona to customer-driven tech firms. She brings this personalized focus to curating the voice and messaging materials for Box Hill Private Wealth, LLC to help facilitate an authentic relationship with prospective clients.
